Job Summary
Provide in-home personal care as a CNA/NA/PCA. Responsibilities include assisting with personal hygiene, grooming and bathing; supporting mobility and transfers (e.g., bed to wheelchair); preparing light meals and assisting with feeding; providing medication reminders; offering companionship and emotional support; performing light housekeeping; and monitoring/reporting changes in client health or behavior. Requires CNA/NA/PCA certification (online training provided for PCA); reliable transportation and a valid Virginia driver’s license; SS card and two professional references. Flexible scheduling available (Full-Time, Part-Time, PRN) with weekly pay and eligibility for benefits with full-time status.
