Job Summary
Provide direct, hands-on care to residents at Moraine Court Supportive Living. Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming), monitor vital signs (blood pressure and temperature), assist with medication administration under the direction of a licensed nurse, and offer emotional support and companionship. Collaborate with the nursing team to ensure resident safety, comfort, and well-being; demonstrate compassion, attention to detail, and strong communication with residents, families, and teammates. This full-time role includes 7:00 AM–7:00 PM or 7:00 PM–7:00 AM shifts, 3.5 days per week with every other weekend, and a focus on delivering high-quality, individualized care in a supportive living environment.
Required Qualifications
- Current CNA certification in the state of Illinois
- High school diploma or equivalent
