Job Summary
Certified Nursing Assistant provides basic care and support for residents in memory care or assisted living. Responsibilities include monitoring health status, feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and serving meals; establish and maintain interpersonal relationships with residents, families, and coworkers; document and record resident observations in electronic systems; communicate health-related information to the care team; provide light housekeeping and laundry; participate in activities to provide life enrichment; learn and apply Company, Federal, State, and local rules, regulations, and policies.
Required Qualifications
- Active Nursing Assistant certification in Washington State
- Washington State Food Worker Card within 14 days of hire
- CPR and First Aid certification within 30 days of hire
- Ability to understand and communicate in the English language
