Job Summary
CNA-Med Tech in Assisted Living providing direct resident care on a 11pm-7:30am shift. Responsibilities include helping residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, transfer, ambulation, toileting), ensuring clean rooms and meals are served, taking vital signs and reporting changes, practicing infection prevention, timely documentation in CNA ECS flow-sheet, performing rounds and ensuring safety equipment is functional, preventing skin breakdown through timely incontinent care and repositioning, and assisting the Activities Department with resident activities.
Required Qualifications
- Must be certified nurse’s aide in accordance with laws of Florida
- Must be CPR Certified
- Must have Med Tech certification
- Experience with older adults in healthcare setting desirable (min 6 months)
