CNA Med/Surg (FT|Days)

Answer call lights to assess patient needs and provide care as directed. Perform morning and evening routines including baths, dressing, oral care, and hygiene. Assist patients with meals, ambulation, repositioning, and transport to different areas. Monitor vital signs, intake, output, and weights while reporting unusual conditions to the nurse in charge. Maintain patient room cleanliness, change linens, and run errands. Adhere to hospital policies, infection control standards, and safety training. Complete hourly and safety rounds, participate in team decision-making, and fulfill Unit Clerk duties as assigned. Maintain current licenses and attend required educational programs.
