Job Summary
Clinical Staff Member (CNA, MA, or LPN) sought for a rural family medicine clinic. Provide direct patient care appropriate to certification/licensure, assist providers with exams and procedures, perform routine clinical tasks (immunizations, wound care, specimen collection), triage patients, document in EHR, support care coordination to meet ACO quality metrics, maintain a safe clinical environment, adhere to HIPAA and infection control standards, and be available during clinic hours (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM) as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Current and valid certification or licensure as a CNA, MA, or LPN in the state of Utah.
- CPR/BLS certification required.
