Job Summary
Clinical staff member in a rural family medicine clinic providing direct patient care and supporting clinical operations across multiple nursing roles (CNA, MA, LPN, or RN). Responsibilities include vital signs, immunizations, wound care, specimen collection, assisting providers with exams and procedures, documenting in EHR, triage over phone/in-person, care coordination to meet ACO quality metrics, infection control, HIPAA compliance, and delivering patient education within clinic hours (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
Required Qualifications
- Current and valid certification or licensure as a CNA, MA, or LPN in the state of Utah
- CPR/BLS certification required
