Job Summary
CNA-M (Med Tech) to administer medications on the assigned unit at Mount Joseph at Waterville. This full-time role operates on a 12-hour shift from 5:45a to 6:15p, supporting residents’ physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being. Responsibilities include recording entries on the Medication Administration Record (MAR), using resident photo identification before administration, reporting accidents or changes in condition to the Charge Nurse, and adhering to facility-approved abbreviations. The position requires a HS diploma or equivalent and CNA-M certification, with the ability to lift, transfer, and move residents, and strong communication/interpersonal skills. Benefits include $22-$26 per hour, medical/dental/vision, 401(k), generous shift differentials, and a $3,500 sign-on bonus paid over 18 months.
