Job Summary
Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene. Help with mobility issues by transferring, positioning, and ambulating safely. Take and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration rates. Accurately document all care provided and changes in conditions in electronic health records. Report any changes in residents' conditions or concerns to nursing staff or supervisors. Support residents with feeding, meal preparation, and companionship. Follow infection control protocols to maintain a clean environment. Collaborate with nurses and physicians to ensure comprehensive care. Full-time 3p to 11p shift.
Required Qualifications
- Current CNA certification in Oklahoma
- Ability to lift and move residents
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with patient care
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar healthcare setting
