Job Summary
Conduct direct patient care for medically fragile pediatric and adult residents under RN supervision, utilizing care plans for activities of daily living, ventilator support, and tracheostomy management. Manage a caseload of approximately 7 residents on day shift and 11 on night shift within a 46-bed Long-Term Care unit. Collaborate with respiratory therapy, rehab, and social work teams to provide holistic, resident-centered care in a nurturing environment. Maintain Oregon Nursing Assistant Certification and BLS certification upon hire, with preferred experience in hospital or long-term settings. Work rotating night shifts from 7pm to 7:30am, including weekends and holidays, while supporting a culture of teamwork and mutual respect among caregivers.
Required Qualifications
- Oregon Nursing Assistant Certification License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

- Experience in hospital or long-term setting
