Job Summary
Provide certified nursing assistant services to assigned residents in accordance with care plans, facility policies, and procedures. Assist with activities of daily living, including lifting, turning, moving, and transporting residents between beds, chairs, bathtubs, wheelchairs, and lifts. Coordinate dining room services, deliver nutritional supplements, and document meal and weight intake while monitoring skin condition and reporting pressure areas or changes in resident status to the nurse and supervisor. Complete daily flow sheets and track toileting program activities. Work 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM every other weekend. Maintain Certified Nursing Assistant certification in good standing with the state of South Carolina.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the state of South Carolina
- High school diploma or equivalent
- No disciplinary action in effect against certification
- 3:00PM-11:00PM, every other weekend required
