Job Summary
Provide supportive services to nurse and staff as assigned, assisting residents with activities of daily living, lifting, turning, and positioning. Coordinate dining room services including meal tray delivery, feeding assistance, and documentation of intake. Deliver nutritional supplements, assist with resident weighing and skin condition tracking, and support toileting programs. Complete daily flow sheets, document resident progress, and report changes in condition or interference factors to the nurse and supervisor. Work 3:00 PM to 11:15 PM every other weekend.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the state of South Carolina
- High school diploma or equivalent
- No disciplinary action in effect against certification
- 3:00PM-11:15PM every other weekend
