Job Summary
Onboard new client setups by evaluating care needs, establishing personalized care plans, and building a foundation in receiver homes for the initial 1 to 2 weeks. Provide reliable shift coverage, manage planned vacations, and handle short-notice call-offs across the Tucson, Oro Valley, Vail, Green Valley, and Rio Rico service area. Deliver expert high-acuity and holistic care, including complex physical ADLs, light housekeeping, cooking, and companion care, while mentoring new caregivers on client-specific plans and company standards. Maintain dependability through consistent punctuality and adaptability in diverse environments. Complete background checks, credential verification, and the leadership interview to join the team.
Required Qualifications
- Valid, unencumbered state Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) license
- Valid US Driver's License
- Reliable personal vehicle
- Active auto insurance
- Ability to pass a thorough criminal background check
- Ability to pass a drug screening
- Ability to pass a personality evaluation
- Comfortable stepping into new environments with ease
- Navigating diverse client backgrounds with cultural sensitivity
- Leading others with patience and encouraging authority
