Job Summary
Caregiver / CNA needed in Marietta area to assist a client transitioning home from a skilled nursing facility. Responsibilities include providing personal care (showering, toileting, dressing), mobility support and safe transfers, recording daily vitals in a weekly clinical log, and following a Morning and Evening Daily Care Checklist to address nutritional, hygiene, and comfort needs. Must follow a structured care plan and maintain clear daily documentation. Requires reliable transportation for scheduled 8-hour shifts (10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday–Sunday). Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in home care or a similar healthcare setting.
- Georgia CNA,PCA, or HHA certification, preferred.
