Job Summary
Support patients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility while ensuring safety and comfort. Observe and report changes in patients' physical or emotional condition to nursing staff promptly. Assist with restorative activities, transfers, ambulation, and proper use of assistive devices. Document care and observations in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment, including room upkeep and infection control practices. Provide emotional support and respectful communication to patients and families. Requires current North Dakota CNA certification, BLS certification, and physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Work in an acute care setting with rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.
