CNA Instructor / Staff Development RN/LPN

Conduct classroom instruction and hands-on clinical training for CNA students to build knowledge, confidence, and skills needed for state certification. Prepare learners for the Tennessee state exam while teaching safe, compassionate, person-centered care practices. Evaluate student progress, provide coaching and feedback, and model NHC's mission, vision, and values throughout the learning experience. Requires current Tennessee RN or LPN license with clinical experience in long-term care; teaching experience preferred. Located at NHC Somerville with flexible scheduling and tuition reimbursement.
