Job Summary
NHC HealthCare Desloge is seeking a Registered Nurse to serve as a CNA Instructor. In this role, you will teach CNA students both in the classroom and during clinical rotations, prepare students for success on the state licensing exam, share real-world experience and hands-on skills in long-term care, and support and mentor students as they enter the healthcare field. Applicants must hold a current RN license in Missouri, have graduated from an accredited nursing program, and possess a minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in long-term care. The position is part-time.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in Missouri
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in long-term care
- Must meet Missouri Division of Aging qualifications to serve as a CNA instructor
Desired Qualifications
- Teaching experience preferred but not required
