CNA - Inpatient Staff

Conduct complete patient rounds to assess conditions and determine service needs. Provide basic nursing care to medical-surgical patients and assist with care across departments. Notify registered nurses immediately of any changes in patient condition or status. Interact professionally with visitors, providers, and coworkers while maintaining strict confidentiality of all patient information. Adhere to patient rights policies and remain open to new approaches in the healthcare setting. Maintain CPR certification and complete telemetry training within the first year.
