Job Summary
Perform personal care activities assisting patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, ambulation, transfers, dressing, meal preparation, and accompanying patients on errands or medical appointments. Provide patient-specific care such as hospice supportive care, medication reminders, range of motion exercises, and incontinence care while using lifting equipment like gait belts and Hoyer lifts. Conduct light housekeeping and care of bed-bound patients. Flexible scheduling with weekly pay and weekend shift differential from Friday 7pm to Monday 7am.
