Job Summary
CNA II sought for Full-Time and Part-Time roles in Carroll Lutheran Village's Assisted Living team. Shifts include 3:00pm-11:00pm, 7:00am-3:00pm, with every other weekend rotation. Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, oral care), performing vital signs at shift start and as directed, completing documentation promptly, ensuring resident safety, and helping motivate residents to stay active and engaged. Requires 1+ year experience, current CNA II certification, teamwork, calmness with residents, attentive listening, and willingness to adapt to assignment changes. Required Qualifications
