Job Summary
Deliver the most remarkable patient experience in every dimension by providing compassionate care to patients with acute medical needs on the 7pm-7am night shift. Complete the NAI program and maintain listing with the nurse aide registry as a Certified Nursing Assistant I. Assist patients with daily activities and monitor their condition within the Orthopedic Specialty Care Unit environment. Maintain medication safety and adhere to facility-specific protocols for restrictive interventions.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Completion of NAI program
- Listed with the nurse aide registry as an NA I
- Medication Safety - AME
- NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units
- One year experience working in long-term care or assisted living
