Job Summary
Deliver the most remarkable patient experience in every dimension by providing compassionate care to patients with a wide range of acute medical needs. Complete the NAI program and maintain registration as an NA I, while adhering to medication safety protocols and facility-specific restrictive intervention curricula. Assist patients with daily activities within the NICCU department, supporting a team known for low turnover and strong camaraderie. Work the 7pm-7am night shift at Novant Health New Hanover Regional Medical Center, utilizing basic computer skills for documentation to ensure accurate patient records.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- One year experience working in long-term care or assisted living
- Completion of NAI program
- Listed with the nurse aide registry as an NA I
- Medication Safety - AME
- NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units
