Provide basic nursing care to patients, including assistance with activities of daily living, while supporting staff in developing and implementing patient care plans. Handle clerical tasks such as answering phones, taking messages, transcribing physician orders, and entering them into the computer system. Prepare and maintain patient medical records, manage office supplies, and communicate effectively with the patient care team regarding patient outcomes and care orders. Ensure patient comfort and safety while adhering to Gritman Medical Center's philosophy and standards. Work with neonate, pediatric, and adult patients under conditions involving exposure to bloodborne pathogens and infectious diseases. Irregular hours/shifts may be required.
