Job Summary
Follow the patient's plan of care to ensure comfort and well-being by promptly attending to requests from patients and their families. Assist with personal care tasks including bathing, oral hygiene, changing bedding, and shampooing while maintaining dignity. Provide support to families by sharing knowledge and guiding them in caring for terminally ill loved ones. Maintain accurate documentation to meet regulatory standards. Requires current unencumbered CNA certificate, one year of acute or long-term care experience, and CPR certification. Per diem schedule in Carollton.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Holds current unencumbered certificate in the state working as a C.N.A.
- Minimum one (1) year experience as a C.N.A. in an acute care or long term care setting
- Possess and maintains current CPR certification if state-mandated
- Current driver's license
- Vehicle insurance
- Access to dependable transportation
