Job Summary
Provide personalized care by following the plan of care to ensure patient comfort and well-being. Assist with personal care needs including bathing, oral hygiene, changing bedding, and clothing. Attend promptly to patient and family requests while maintaining accurate documentation for regulatory standards. Support families by sharing knowledge and guiding them in caring for terminally ill loved ones. Work Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm in Bradley and Polk Counties.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.", "Holds current unencumbered certificate in the state working as a C.N.A.", "Minimum one (1) year experience as a C.N.A. in an acute care or long term care setting", "Possess and maintains current CPR certification if state-mandated", "Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to dependable transportation
