Job Summary
As a Hospice Aide / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will deliver high-quality, compassionate care to patients while following personalized care plans. You will work closely with an RN Case Manager and collaborate with an Interdisciplinary Team that includes healthcare professionals and volunteers. The ideal candidate must possess a valid CNA license, CPR & First Aid certifications, and have 1-2 years of relevant hospice experience.
Required Qualifications
- Current CNA License in the State of Georgia
- Current CPR & First Aid Certification
- 1–2 years of hospice experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Insurance and reliable vehicle
- Excellent time management skills
