Job Summary
Follow the patient's plan of care to ensure comfort and well-being, attending promptly to requests from patients and their families. Assist with personal care tasks including bathing, oral hygiene, changing bedding, and shampooing. Provide support to families by guiding them in caring for terminally ill loved ones while maintaining accurate documentation for regulatory standards. Work Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4:30 pm in Beaufort, Jasper, Hampton, and Colleton County.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Current unencumbered certificate in the state working as a C.N.A.
- Minimum one (1) year experience as a C.N.A. in an acute care or long term care setting
- Current CPR certification if state-mandated
- Current driver's license
- Vehicle insurance
- Access to dependable transportation
