Job Summary
Provide personal care, exercise, and ambulation to patients while utilizing proper body mechanics for transfers. Record and report changes in patient status to the RN, take vital signs, and prepare light meals or laundry as needed. Participate in weekend rotations for scheduled visits and maintain twelve hours of educational requirements. This role requires current Certified Nurse Aide certification, proficiency with technology, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Required Qualifications
- Successful completion of a Certified Nurse Aide program with current certification
- In good standing with state regulations
- Ability to work well with a team and independently with minimal direct supervision
- Proficient computer and technology skills
