Job Summary
Provide high-quality personal care services to clients in their homes according to individualized care plans; assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility support; monitor and report changes in client condition to the supervising nurse or care team; document care provided accurately and promptly; ensure a safe, clean, and supportive home environment; follow state regulations, company policies, and infection control protocols; communicate effectively with clients, families, and interdisciplinary team members; require active Virginia CNA licensure and 1–2 years of caregiving/clinical experience; CPR/First Aid certification preferred; reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes; flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement and development.
Required Qualifications
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in good standing with the Virginia Board of Nursing
- Minimum of 1–2 years of professional caregiving or clinical experience
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (preferred)
