Job Summary
Conduct personal care, including bathing and hands-on care, in patient residences under RN supervision. Perform household services essential to health care, ambulate patients, and assist with self-administered medications as assigned. Complete visit records timely, report patient condition changes, and attend required conferences and continuing education. Adhere strictly to agency policies and procedures. Full-time role with self-set schedule, mileage reimbursement, and gas allowance. Requires licensed Utah CNA certification and competency in Medicare training program.
Required Qualifications
- Must meet Medicare Conditions of Participation for Home Health Aide training program and competency
- Ability to carry out directions, read and write
- Ability to participate in physical activity
- Ability to work for extended period of time while standing and being involved in physical activity
- Ability to do extensive bending, lifting, and standing on a regular basis
- Are you a licensed Utah CNA
- prepared to visit patient's in their homes in your personal vehicle
