Job Summary
CNA - Home Health Care role providing resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under the supervision of a charge nurse; duties include recording vital signs, assisting with transfers and range-of-motion exercises, helping with meals and daily activities, documenting care outcomes, and supporting wellness and recreational programs; requires state CNA certification (and CMA/TMA where applicable) and completion of competency/continuing education; High School diploma or GED preferred; age 18+; prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred; benefits package available for full-time and part-time roles.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required by state of practice (IA/MN/ND/SD)
- state-specific CMA/TMA certification may be required in certain facilities
- passionate about resident-centered care
- high school diploma or GED preferred or required
- ability to obtain/maintain valid driver license and auto insurance where applicable
- select facilities require ongoing competency testing and continuing education
