Maintain Oregon Nursing Assistant licensure upon hire and obtain Washington licensure within 60 days. This role offers part-time weekday day shift coverage with a weekly schedule of 24 hours. Providence Home Services Oregon, part of a 120,000-caregiver organization, delivers whole-person care across seven states, focusing on restorative care and end-of-life support for individuals facing chronic or life-limiting illnesses.
Required Qualifications
- Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
- Oregon Nursing Assistant license
- Washington Nursing Assistant license within 60 days of hire
- 2 years of experience
- Exception would be a nursing student with current CNA
- Experience using electronic medical record software
