Job Summary
CNA/Home Health Aide registry role in Tampa, FL, offering personal care (bed bath, dressing, grooming), companionship, meal prep and home environment maintenance for elderly clients. Required Qualifications
- CNA license and/or Home Health Aide Certificate
- CPR card (cannot be completed online)
- HIV/AIDS certificate (completed within last 24 months)
- Alzheimer’s Dementia, 3hr course No Older than 07/01/2023
- Assistance with Self-Administered Medications, minimum 2hr
- Driver’s License or Government issued photo ID
- Eligible Level 2 Criminal Background Check through AHCA
- Statement from current physician that you are able to placement on registry
