Job Summary
Conduct activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care, oral feeding, and range of motion exercises for adult and geriatric clients. Perform light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, and bed making while assisting with ambulation and transfers using mechanical lifting devices. Monitor vital signs such as temperature, pulse, and respiration and provide medication assistance under supervision. Maintain Virginia Nurse Aide Registry registration and pass the BAYADA Competency Evaluation Examination. Requires one year of work experience and a completed criminal background check. Offers flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and 24/7 clinical manager support within Richmond, VA.
Required Qualifications
- Virginia licensed CNA
- At least one year of work experience
- Must be listed on the VA Nurse Aide Registry, active and in good standing
- Demonstrate an ability to read, write, and effectively communicate in English
- Pass the BAYADA Competency Evaluation Examination
- Have a criminal background check completed
- Meet all state requirements
