CNA - Home Care

The Home Care CNA functions under the direction of an RN Case Manager or Nursing Supervisor to perform routine nursing duties and activities of daily living for residents in a retirement community. Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, providing compassionate patient care, monitoring resident needs, and assisting with transfers/transport of adult clients. Hours are PRN with shifts from 8:00am–4:00pm and 8:00am–8:00pm.
