Job Summary
Provide skilled caregiving as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) in a hybrid role with office and field responsibilities. Support administrative functions such as hiring and recruiting, provide fill-in coverage in the office or in the field, and deliver high-quality patient care across assisted living facilities, nursing homes, and private residences. Must be self-directed, organized, and possess strong communication with clients, caregivers, and management. Requires 2+ years caregiving, CPR, Florida driver’s license, and ability to pass a Level 2 background check. Schedule Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–7:00 PM (40 hours/week) with equal time in office and in the field; proficient with computers; training and development opportunities offered.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of caregiving experience
- CNA or HHA preferred
- Comfortable with working in an office setting and transitioning to the field as needed
- Proficient computer skills
- CPR certified
- Florida Driver’s License, Auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass a Level 2 background screening
