Job Summary
Provide high-quality patient care as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) while supporting administrative functions in a hybrid role (office and field). Responsibilities include caregiving across settings (assisted living, nursing homes, private residences), and may involve recruiting/hiring support, fill-in coverage in the office or in the field, and other duties as needed. Requires strong caregiving skills, self-direction, organizational ability, effective communication with clients, caregivers, and management, and flexibility to transition between office and field work.
Required Qualifications
- CNA or HHA preferred
- Office experience
- CPR certification
- Florida Driver’s License, Auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- Excellent communication skills
- Mature, caring, punctual, reliable
- Able to pass Level 2 background screening
- Must be physically able to perform duties
