Job Summary
Resident Care Associate shall provide for the needs of the elders, including personal care, safety and emotional support in a manner that supports the dignity, independence, choice and individuality of each resident. Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, medications per State Regulation, documenting services, engaging residents in cognitive, social, and physical activities, and participating in ongoing training; orientation is required before regular duties, and performance includes observing changes and reporting to the RN. The role emphasizes compassionate, person-centered care and adherence to approved service plans, with opportunities for full-time benefits and tuition reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant certification or equivalent training per State Regulation
- CPR and First Aid training as mandated by State Regulation
- Current license/certification as required by State Regulation
