Job Summary
Provide non-medical care to seniors, including companionship, social engagement, and assistance with activities of daily living, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders. Establish professional relationships with clients, family members, and co-workers while adhering to office policies. Cover evening shifts from 7pm to 10pm on weekdays and weekends, ensuring punctuality and reliable shift coverage. A Florida CNA or HHA license, current CPR and First Aid certification, and a clean criminal background check are required. Hoyer lift experience is a plus. Synergy HomeCare offers direct deposit, W2 employment, and ongoing training with 24/7 RN and office staff support.
Required Qualifications
- CNA License (Florida) or certified HHA (Florida)
- Current FIRST AID & CPR certification
- Current TB (negative PPD results) in the last 6 months
- Pass criminal record and Level 2 background in AHCA clearinghouse
- Reliable transportation/Valid driver's license
- Must be available for Weekdays and Weekends: 7pm - 10pm
