Job Summary
Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support. Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed. Prepare meals and assist with feeding according to client dietary needs. Perform light housekeeping duties and maintain a safe, clean living environment. Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisors. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families. Assist with medication reminders and follow individualized care plans. Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification in the state of Florida required; previous experience in home care, assisted living, or a related healthcare setting preferred. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required.
