Job Summary
Deliver care to assisted living and memory care residents by assisting them with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Document care provided and report changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff while engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support. Utilize customer service skills to ensure exceptional care is received. Shifts run from 7am to 3pm and 3pm to 11pm. Valid CNA/HHA license required; prior experience in skilled nursing or assisted living communities is preferred.
