Job Summary
Care Partner role (CNA or HHA) providing direct assistance to assigned residents with activities of daily living in an assisted living community. Responsible for responding to emergency call alerts according to facility policies, documenting daily resident assistance activities, remaining flexible with duties, and maintaining a safe working environment in accordance with safety programs. Required Qualifications
- Must be certified CNA or HHA
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Ability to remain stationary 50-100%
- Ability to exert 10-30 lbs. of force or to move objects
