Job Summary
Provide companionship and emotional support, assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, daily living activities), help with mobility/transfers, prepare meals and assist with feeding, perform light housekeeping, monitor client condition and report changes, follow individualized care plans and infection control standards, and provide transportation to appointments. Document care accurately and clock in/out properly. Requires active CNA license or HHA certificate. Opportunities available part-time and full-time across Winter Park and surrounding areas (Winter Park, Lake Mary, Altamonte Springs, Maitland, Longwood, Casselberry) with flexible scheduling and assignments close to home. Competitive pay ($17–$20/hour, based on experience and certifications), ongoing training and development, and supportive team. Must be able to work in the United States and have reliable transportation.
Required Qualifications
- Active CNA license or HHA certificate required
- Experience with seniors, home care, or dementia/memory care preferred
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must pass Level 2 background screening through the FL Background Clearinghouse
- Authorized to work in the United States
