Job Summary
Provide vital support to residents in an assisted living setting as a Home Health Aide (HHA) / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Duties include assisting with daily living activities, mobility, personal care, and reporting changes to ensure resident safety and comfort. Flexible shifts include overnight (11:00pm-7:00am), days (7:00am-3:00pm), and evenings (3:00pm-11:00pm) with rotation of weekends and holidays. Paid training is provided; eligible employees receive benefits such as health/dental insurance, 401(k), short-term disability, company-paid life insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, free meals on shift, and a company car for resident errands.
Required Qualifications
- CNA or HHA certification required
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job
