Job Summary
Provide essential residents’ care as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Home Health Aide (HHA) on full- or part-time shifts (7am-3pm and 4pm-8pm, including every other weekend). Assist with daily activities (bathing, dressing, grooming), serve meals, help with laundry, and address resident needs with empathy. Collaborate with the Wellness team, document observations and updates on residents’ conditions, follow safety and infection control measures, and participate in ongoing training to enhance caregiving skills. Requirements include CNA state competency exam, HHA certificate signed by RN, ability to move and assist residents, strong communication, and commitment to resident privacy and ethical standards. Required Qualifications
- Successful completion of state competency exam for CNA certification
- Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate that is signed by an RN
- Ability to move and assist residents
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Genuine care and empathy for residents' well-being
- Accurate recording of resident information and vital signs
- Work well with healthcare professionals as part of Wellness team
- Follow ethical standards and keep resident information private
Additional Requirements
- Criminal Background Screening is required
