Job Summary
Provide direct care to residents, communicate their needs effectively, and assist with programming activities. Adhere to safety and infection control policies while promoting positive public relations for the facility. Attend scheduled in-service training programs and perform other tasks as required by the Director of Nursing. This role is full-time, requiring 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift coverage including weekends. Candidates must be physically able to stand and walk for extended periods, multitask, and prioritize workflow. Valid C.N.A. or HHA certification is a plus, along with CPR, First Aid, and completed TB testing. A criminal background check is mandatory.

- Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check

Desired Qualifications
- Valid C.N.A. or HHA certificate from an accredited program is a plus
- At least one year experience in long term care preferred
- CPR & First Aid Certification a plus
- TB completed test a plus
- Physical within a year a plus
- Comfortable providing above average patient service

- Organized with ability to multitask and prioritize workflow
