Job Summary
CNA/HHA Coordinator - Care Operations Specialist oversees new client onboarding, trains and guides caregivers in the field, and provides support and training to CCAs and office teams. Acts as the point person for check-in service and emergency fill-in, with a mix of direct client care (about 50%) and administrative/support duties. Responsibilities include onboarding and stabilizing new client cases, conducting care discovery to tailor care plans, training caregivers during transitions, ensuring documentation and timekeeping accuracy, performing QA/QC home visits, monitoring caregiver performance and compliance, supporting recruitment/outreach, and assisting with office administration and orientation programs. Requires Certified CNA or HHA, caregiving experience, ability to travel to CT and NY, and a flexible schedule with US work authorization.
Required Qualifications
- Certified CNA or HHA
- Min 2 years Caregiving experience
- Authorized to work in the US
- Fully vaccinated for COVID-19
- Flexible schedule (day, overnight, and live-in availability)
- Ability to travel to clients in Connecticut and New York
- Comfortable with technology (apps, troubleshooting, downloads)
- Administrative skills, client service oriented
