Job Summary
Provide daily personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting assistance, mobility support, meal preparation, and light housekeeping for seniors and adults in their homes. Offer companionship, medication reminders, and errand assistance while reporting any changes or concerns to the office. Ensure client safety and comfort through reliable attendance and clear communication. Requires an active Florida CNA license or HHA certificate, Level II background screening, CPR certification, and relevant training. Flexible shifts available from 4 to 12 hours across weekdays, weekends, and evenings.
Required Qualifications
- Active Florida CNA license or HHA certificate
- Successful Level II Background Screening
- Recent TB screening
- Classroom CPR certification
- HIV/AIDS training
- Alzheimer's and Related Dementias training
- Assistance with Self-Administration of Medication training
- Reliable transportation to client homes
- Experience assisting seniors or adults with personal care
- Strong communication skills
- Professional and dependable attitude
Desired Qualifications
- Comfort with pets preferred, since many clients have animals in the home
