Job Summary
Provide in-home care and care management support to seniors, assisting with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, meals, medication reminders, light housekeeping) and offering companionship. Communicate and document progress with the care team, maintain a safe and comfortable home environment, and support clients in daily routines. Eligible candidates will be HCA-registered (assistance available), undergo a drug screen and background check, and may drive clients to appointments.
