Job Summary
Providing in-home care as a CNA/HHA/Direct Care Worker to support patients in their homes. Responsibilities include Personal Hygiene, Ambulation/Transfers, Dressing/Shaving, meal preparation, accompanying patients to medical appointments, light housekeeping, hospice supportive care, medication reminders, care of bed-bound patients, incontinence care, and use of lifting equipment such as gait belts and Hoyer lifts. Flexible scheduling and paid time off are offered, with additional benefits available. Eligible applicants will join a care team delivering clinical expertise in-home and may participate in a Personal Advancement Program and caregiver recognition rewards.
Required Qualifications
- CNA certification or HHA certification/licensure in PA
- Experience providing in-home care (preferred hospice supportive care)
